7poker Terms and Conditions – Complete Terms of Use for Members

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between 7poker and all of its members. "7poker", "we", and "us" refer to the company operating the 7poker.asia website and mobile app. "Member", "you", and "user" refer to any individual who is registered with 7poker.

"Platform" refers to the 7poker website, mobile app, and all associated services. "Balance" refers to both the real money and bonus funds held in your account; however, these are managed separately.

These Terms & Conditions have been drawn up in accordance with applicable laws in Bangladesh and international gaming regulations. 7poker is a licensed operator, and compliance with these terms is verified through regular third-party audits.

You must be at least 18 years old to register an account on 7poker. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. Each individual may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found to belong to the same person, all accounts will be closed and any remaining balance may be forfeited. 7poker reserves the right to grant prior approval for multiple accounts operated from the same household or internet connection.

Deposits and withdrawals at 7poker are available via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳200. The daily withdrawal limit for standard members is ৳5,00,000. Different limits apply for VIP members.

There are no processing fees on deposits. Withdrawals are also generally free of charge. However, if multiple withdrawal requests are submitted on the same day, the first request will be given the highest priority. Standard withdrawals are typically completed within 15–30 minutes.

The mobile number used for withdrawals must be the number registered on your account. Withdrawals to a different number are not permitted, as this is a security measure. Once a withdrawal request has begun processing, it cannot be cancelled.

All bonus offers on 7poker are subject to specific terms and conditions. Accepting a bonus constitutes agreement to all terms attached to that bonus. Bonus balance and real balance are managed separately — bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.

To qualify for the welcome bonus, a minimum deposit of ৳300 is required. If the bonus is not credited within 30 minutes of your first deposit, please contact our support team. The bonus is issued once per person — any attempt to claim it multiple times by opening additional accounts will result in all associated accounts being terminated.

At 7poker, the outcome of all betting markets is determined based on the official result of the relevant sport. For cricket, the announcement by the ICC or the relevant cricket board is final. For football, the result as declared by FIFA or the relevant federation applies.

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. If you use the cash-out option, the amount settled at that moment's odds will be credited to your account and the bet will be closed. 7poker reserves the right to void any bet where incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical error.

• Bets accepted before the match begins will be considered valid
• If a delay occurs in live betting due to odds changes, 7poker reserves the right to review the bet in question
• If one event in an accumulator bet is cancelled, that selection will be removed and the remaining odds will be recalculated accordingly
• Arbitrage betting — placing opposing bets on the same event across multiple markets — is prohibited
• Betting history is accessible in your account for up to 90 days

7poker is committed to maintaining a fair and secure platform. Any of the activities listed below will be considered a direct violation of these Terms and Conditions and may result in account termination.

• Operating multiple accounts or using someone else's account
• Bonus abuse or use of fraudulent betting methods
• Betting using match-fixing arrangements or inside information
• Exploiting technical errors or glitches on the platform
• Placing bets using automated bots or software
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Harassing or attempting to harm other members
• Filing false complaints with the support team

If such activity is detected, 7poker may suspend or terminate the account without notice. Relevant information may be shared with law enforcement authorities if required.

7poker treats the protection of members' personal information as a top priority. Your name, mobile number, and transaction details provided during registration are stored on fully encrypted servers. We do not sell or share personal information with any third parties.

However, information may be disclosed where required by legal obligation or government directive. Relevant data may also be shared with authorities in connection with investigations into fraud or criminal activity.
